CREW Careers: Sparking Early Interest
CREW Careers introduces high school students to the world of commercial real estate through hands-on, real-world exposure. It’s about opening eyes, expanding possibilities, and showing young women that there is a place for them in this industry. This subcommittee has a philanthropic focus and partners with other organizations like Next Gen and Junior Achievement.
UCREW: Turning Awareness into Opportunity
UCREW helps college students get plugged directly into the industry. This program connects students with experienced professionals, offering networking, mentorship, and career-building resources that help them confidently launch their careers. The committee also supports scholarships, investing directly in students who are ready to take the next step.
HYPE: Engaging the Next Generation of Professionals
Enter HYPE, CREW’s young professional energy. With two signature networking events each year, HYPE creates space for emerging professionals to connect, build relationships, and grow their presence in the CRE community. It’s fast-paced, high-impact, and all about building momentum and connection early in your career.
Mentorship: Accelerating Growth
The Mentorship Program brings it all full circle—pairing emerging talent with experienced leaders for meaningful, career-shaping relationships. Mentorship is proven to accelerate advancement and confidence, making it a cornerstone of CREW’s mission.
