CREW Atlanta Mentoring is a structured, year-long professional development program designed to cultivate emerging talent, foster meaningful relationships, and encourage the exchange of knowledge and experience. Through guided mentorship, participants gain greater professional confidence, enhance their strategic thinking skills, and expand their visibility within the commercial real estate industry. Mentoring provides a unique opportunity to accelerate professional growth, gain valuable insights, and build connections that can have a lasting impact throughout one's career.
MISSION STATEMENT:
CREW Atlanta Mentorship program exists to advance, empower, and retain women in Commercial Real Estate by pairing emerging professionals with experienced industry leaders.
TIMELINE:
October 15, 2025 – November 30th: Applications accepted
January 2026 - Speed Networking Event and Kick Off
January 2026 – Protégé and Mentors will receive notice of their pairings
February 1, 2026 – Commitment Letters Due
May 2026 - Event Two - Lunch Speaker
August 2026 - Table Topics - Breakfast Event
December 2, 2026 - Closing Event

DETAILS
This is a year-long program where mentors and protégé pairs (CREW Mates) will meet independently with each other with guidance and support from the program leaders. There will be quarterly in person events. Accountability and ownership of your participation is expected. A formal commitment letter will be required prior to starting the program. Participation in the Mentoring Program for CREW members is one of the benefits of membership and there is no cost for members. We welcome non-CREW members to register as proteges. There will be a fee of $250 for non-members.
