CREW Atlanta Mentoring Program
Applications will be available October 15th for Mentors and Proteges.
CREW Atlanta Mentoring is a structured, year-long professional development program designed to cultivate emerging talent, foster meaningful relationships, and encourage the exchange of knowledge and experience. Through guided mentorship, participants gain greater professional confidence, enhance their strategic thinking skills, and expand their visibility within the commercial real estate industry. Mentoring provides a unique opportunity to accelerate professional growth, gain valuable insights, and build connections that can have a lasting impact throughout one's career.
MISSION STATEMENT:
CREW Atlanta Mentorship program exists to advance, empower, and retain women in Commercial Real Estate by pairing emerging professionals with experienced industry leaders.
TIMELINE:
October 15, 2026 – November 30th: Applications accepted
January 2027 - Event One - Speed Networking Event and Kick Off
January 2027– Protégé and Mentors will receive notice of their pairings
February 1, 2027 – Commitment Letters Due and Payment for non-CREW participants
May 2027- Event Two - Lunch Speaker
August 2027 - Table Topics - Breakfast Event
December 2, 2027 - Closing Event

DETAILS
This year-long program pairs mentors and protégés (CREW Mates) who will meet independently throughout the year, with guidance and support provided by the program leadership team. In addition, CREW Atlanta will host quarterly in-person events to enhance the mentoring experience. Participants are expected to take ownership of and remain accountable for their involvement in the program. A signed commitment letter will be required prior to the start of the program.
Participation as a Mentor is complimentary for CREW members and is included as a benefit of membership. For Protégés, the program fee is $100 for CREW members and $300 for non-members.
