Investor Reporting Coordinator

Position Overview:
This position will be responsible for supporting the Director of Investor reporting on state level tax filings, investor deliverables, investor reporting, and fund management.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual investor relations reporting.
Prepare and review annual state level filings related to credit allocations provided by the Director of Investor Reporting.
Prepare and Review investor allocation schedules for accurate and complete information.
Simultaneously work across multiple states and advance investor materials and deliverables.
Support fund administration on 200M+ housing credits in collaboration with Director of Investor Reporting.
Collaborate with accounting, asset management, and acquisitions teams to prepare and deliver accurate reporting for Investor Relations Team.
Draft funding notices and track capital calls related to sales agreements.
Monitor IR files to ensure they meet quality standards and final data for allocation.
Responsible for monitoring and maintaining investor data accurately in the investor database.
Review middle tier tax returns and state level filings prepared by in-house accountants.
Assist Director of Inv. Reporting with amended tax filings across portfolio for mid and upper levels.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, or related areas.
1-3 years of related experience in tax, investor reporting, or accounting
Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and proficiency in Excel and Word
Detail oriented.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance several projects at one time.
Understanding of the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program/Affordable Housing industry is a plus.
