This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Property Manager located in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The Senior Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including tenant relations, leasing, property maintenance, and compliance with regulations. Responsibilities include developing and implementing budgets, managing vendor contracts, and ensuring properties meet the organization's standards for quality and performance. The role will also involve mentoring and collaborating with junior team members to foster professional growth and ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications/Special Skills:

• Property management and commercial real estate expertise, with a focus on operations, tenant relations, and leasing

• Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and cost management

• Strong skills in vendor management, contract negotiation, and compliance oversight

• Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate effectively with team members

• Proficiency in Yardi accounting/lease systems

• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities

• A demonstrated history in managing diverse real estate portfolios is preferred

• Professional certifications, such as CPM (Certified Property Manager), and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or similar fields, are advantageous
