• Citizen or legal resident of the United States

• Full-time or part-time undergraduate or graduate student (Fall 2025-Spring 2026 academic year)

• Enrolled at a non-profit college or university

• Focus study on one or more of CREW Network's Qualified Fields of Commercial Real Estate

Scholarship Application Review Committee Considerations

• Academic record

• Commitment to a career within the commercial real estate industry

• Extracurricular activities

• History of employment and/or volunteer work

• Personal and professional references
