President
The President acts as the chief executive officer of the organization, presiding over Board Meetings, and ensuring that the by-laws governing the organization are followed by its members.  The President is an ex-officio member of all committees.

Past President
The Past President serves as a resource to the President and performs other duties as the Board may determine.

President-Elect & CREW Network Delegate
The President-Elect performs the duties of the President in the absence of the President. In the case of a vacancy in the office of the President, the President-Elect will become President. The President-Elect assists the President and acts as presidential representative when requested. The President-Elect serves as CREW Network’s Delegate representing the Atlanta Chapter at the two (2) Leadership Summits and one (1) Global Convention.

Treasurer/Secretary
The Treasurer oversees the receipt and disbursement of funds of the organization, prepares the annual budget and submits monthly financials to the Board.  They will also serve as Board Liaison to the Finance/Governance committee. They will also review any governance or finance-related special projects. The Treasurer serves as Secretary with responsibility for meeting minutes and other corporate records.

Director
Board Directors may serve up to a two (2) year term. The Directors and Officers must attend the Board Meetings and attend as many events as possible to represent the organization and support the Board. They will also serve as Board Liaison to one of the committees. The Directors will also be asked to serve from time to time on an ad hoc committee
