Art, History & Happy Hour
The Goat Farm is in West Midtown and consists of thoughtful, curated apartments, dedicated artist studios and select workforce housing options. The tour includes the apartments, ground-up construction projects and a selection of historic buildings (currently gutted) on the property, along with a history of the site and the recent changes. They will discuss the overall project timelines, team involvement and construction and leasing.
There is a parking deck located next to the leasing office.
